Do you maintain the website for me? The price includes the design and set up of your website using the Wordpress CMS system. We have a number of optional maintenance packages that you can choose from which can be seen below. If you require any website updates once the website has been completed these will be charged at £15 per hour (with minimum fee of £15) should you wish to go for Maintenance package 1. After the first year an annual fee of £45 will be charge, this covers the renewal of your domain name, and hosting of your emails. You will receive an invoice one month before the renewal date. Turnaround time is usually 1-4 weeks. We aim to get your website up and running as soon as possible for you.
What will I need to provide you? You will need to provide all text and images that you’d like included on your website including all your contact information. - MAINTENANCE & HOSTING PACKAGE 1 – £10 per month This package includes – Hosting of your website on our Server – CMS, Security and Plugin updates – general housekeeping. The £45 yearly fee for the Domain Renewal (.co.uk – prices differ for other extensions) and email hosting still applies and will be invoiced one month before renewal.
- MAINTENANCE & HOSTING PACKAGE 2 – £29 per month This package includes – Hosting of your website on our Server – CMS, Security and Plugin updates – general housekeeping – Up to 3 small content updates per month (e.g. changing images, changing prices) The £45 yearly fee for the Domain Renewal (.co.uk – prices differ for other extensions) and email hosting still applies and will be invoiced one month before renewal.
- MAINTENANCE & HOSTING PACKAGE 3 – £199 per month This package includes – Hosting of your website on our Server – CMS, Security and Plugin updates – general housekeeping – Unlimited changes to the website The £45 yearly fee for the Domain Renewal (.co.uk – prices differ for other extensions) and email hosting still applies and will be invoiced one month before renewal.
