Do you maintain the website for me?

The price includes the design and set up of your website using the Wordpress CMS system.  We have a number of optional maintenance packages that you can choose from which can be seen below.

If you require any website updates once the website has been completed these will be charged at £15 per hour (with minimum fee of £15)

After the first year an annual fee of £45 will be charge, this covers the renewal of your domain name, hosting of your website and hosting of your emails.  You will receive an invoice one month before the renewal date.

Turnaround time is usually 4-8 weeks.  We aim to get your website up and running as soon as possible for you.

What will I need to provide you?

You will need to provide all text and images that you’d like included on your website including all your contact information.

Once you purchase the One Page Web Design Package we will contact you to request all the information we require.

MAINTENANCE PACKAGES

  1. SELF MAINTAINED PACKAGE 
    With the self maintained package, the website owner ensures the updates are made.  Instructions on how to do this will be provided.  There are no ongoing monthly fees.
    The £45 yearly fee for the Domain Renewal and yearly website and email hosting still applies and will be invoiced one month before renewal.
  2. MAINTENANCE PACKAGE 1 – £10 per month
    This package includes
    – CMS, Security and Plugin updates
    – general housekeeping.

  3. MAINTENANCE PACKAGE 3 – £29 per month
    This package includes
    – CMS, Security and Plugin updates
    – general housekeeping
    – Up to 3 small content updates per month (e.g. changing images, changing prices)

  4. MAINTENANCE PACKAGE 4 – £99 per month
    This package includes
    – CMS, Security and Plugin updates
